Our family run business is a limited company. It was established in 1968 with the development of winter sports in Grimentz.
After the construction of the Moiry dam, and to encourage people to stay, the inhabitants of Grimentz created ‘la Société des Remontées Méchaniques’ (the society for ski lifts) and put in lifts to Bendolla, Becs de Bosson and Roc d’Orzival.
A tourist office was opened and managed by the society of development to promote the new resort. The goal: to welcome and inform guests, help organise events and entertainment in the resort, organise chalet and apartment holiday rentals. Back then Grimentz had just under 20,000 beds.
Twenty years later, there were 10 times that thanks to property growth. The moment had come for us to change modernise our company. The society of development employed a full-time manager for the tourist office. It was time for the rental agency to find its own premises.
Almost another twenty years later still, armed with a degree in tourist management, a professional background and the ability to speak several languages, Nicole joined the company and took over the business.
The company has seven employees: Anne-Laure in reception and rental service, Gaëtan in administration, accounting and technical service, Marine in condominium management, Cristina, Rosa and Vanda in maintenance, cleaning and laundry service, and finally Vitor, our superman, in technical, repair and interior and exterior maintenance.
The whole team is here to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
