The activities
The resort of Anniviers offers all types of leisure activities. Nestled amongst some of the highest mountains in the Alps, some of them reaching 4000 metres, its surrounding nature, which is still largely wild, offers a multitude of outdoor activities.
This huge play area offers you more than 220km of ski slopes in winter and hikes in the summer, to climb accessible peaks like the Bishorn, or follow the valleys and walk in the sunny mountain pastures. All kinds of sporting facilities for the whole family are also available, such as tennis, mini-golf, swimming pools, pumptrack, basket, volley etc.
The heritage of our small valley is evident; a hidden gem. Discover our ancestral villages on 14 guided walks. Guided by our divine booklets, our churches and chapels are well worth a visit. Museums about life in times gone by and life in the natural environment will pique your curiosity in some of the villages. There are many other things still to discover!
